Group Therapy

In group therapy, you will join up to seven other people dealing exactly with many of the same issues you have. You will learn to give and receive the kind of honest feedback that will help you grow. Group also gives participants the chance to learn the new interpersonal skills people need to have difficult conversations.

The group is experiential, examining the relationships in the room as a way to understand more about one’s self. It is a deeper therapeutic technique to gaining insight.

Many clients elect to participate in group and individual simultaneously.
